1. Purchase and Licensing
When you purchase an eBook from IVARA Books, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and read the eBook for personal, non-commercial use only.
Sharing, distributing, renting, or selling copies of our eBooks is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of copyright law.
2. Payment Processing and Fees
Transactions are completed securely via Dodo Payments. By initiating a purchase, you agree to pay all listed fees, including applicable local sales taxes. All transaction data is subject to Dodo Payments' policies.
3. Digital Download Policy
Purchased eBooks are available for download immediately after successful payment verification. Entitlements are linked to your email address and can be accessed securely in your Account Library.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our publications, all sales are final. Refunds will only be evaluated under exceptional circumstances (e.g. file corruption or purchase errors) and are handled at the sole discretion of IVARA Books.
5. User Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless IVARA Books and its parent company, IVARA Inc., from any claims or damages arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the materials provided.
